Welcome to Arquivar, a document management platform provided by Flexibilidade. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Arquivar provides a cloud-based document management platform that allows you to:

• View and access documents uploaded by operators
• Organize documents in folders and categories
• Manage user accounts and permissions within your entity
• Receive expiration alerts for time-sensitive documents
• Search and filter documents

Note: Client users can view documents and manage users but cannot create or upload new documents.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Store or transmit malicious code or illegal content

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of your documents. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important documents.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content (excluding your documents) are owned by Flexibilidade and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEXIBILIDADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mozambique, without regard to conflict of law principles.
